We adjust glasses on your face, tighten loose screws, replace nose pads and talk through repairs. That covers pairs you bought here, and pairs you did not.
We take the time to understand what you need before we suggest anything.

Your prescription is yours
Your prescription is yours. We give you a copy after your exam and fitting, whether or not you buy anything from us, and you can fill it at any shop or website you like. If you want help reading it, ask Carmela or one of our doctors.

With a vision plan
Many plans cover part of frames and lenses each year. Call before you come and we will check what yours covers.
Anything above the benefit
We write down each choice and its cost before anything is ordered, so you decide with the whole picture.
If you pay yourself
You see the same written breakdown, and you can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before your visit.
Questions about eyewear
Can I bring in a prescription from somewhere else?
Yes. Your prescription is yours, so bring it from any office and we will fit and fill it.
Can you repair glasses I bought somewhere else?
We can usually adjust them and replace small parts. If we cannot repair something, we will tell you before we start.
How long do new glasses take?
It depends on the lenses and the frame. We tell you the usual wait when you order, and we call when they arrive.
